Could we say a new Silent Hill game coming soon?

Silent Hill series, one of the first series that comes to mind when you think of horror games, has been retreating for a while. Konami's recent attempts to make large-scale games have affected the Silent Hill series as well as all of Konami's brands.

After a long wait, the Silent Hills project, which also included the production of Konami and Gullermo Del Toro, was announced, enchanted Silent Hill fans. However, the Silent Hills project (Project PT) was canceled and Kojima left Konami. As we know, after Kojima's left Konami, the company removed Project PT from the Playstation Network. This action got lots of heavy criticism from the fans of the series. Since then, we couldn't hear any rumor about a new Silent Hill game. However, there was an improvement that will make the fans of the series hopeful.

Masahiro Ito, the artistic director of Silent Hill 2 and Silent Hill 3, who worked as an art designer for the first Silent Hill game, announced that he was involved in a new project via Twitter; "I'm working on a title as a core member. I hope the title won't be canceled." Ito is thought to be taking part in a new Silent Hill game. As you know he was a member of Team Silent and responsible for the first four games in the franchise. Also, he involved with each game in the series until Team Silent was disbanded.
