A law firm in Washington, DC is preparing to sue Bethesda for this matter. Migliaccio & Rathod LLP asked the players who bought the game and then tried to return it and failed to contact them on Reddit. While the post has more than 2000 comments, many players were seen to be angry at Bethesda for releasing a defective game. Fallout 76 has the worst review scores among all of the Bethesda’s games in the last twelve years.
