Metacritic Announced 10 Worst Games of 2020
Metacritic, the popular TV series, movie, and game review site, listed the worst games of 2020. Accordingly, the worst game of the year was Tiny Racer, which got 29 points from the critics. We are leaving one more year behind. There is very little time left for 2021 when some are planning to leave behind the bad 2020 and open a brand new page. Of course, various lists related to the year we will leave behind have started to create.
One of these lists came from Metacritic. The site, where series, movies, and games were evaluated and scored by both critics and players, announced the 10 worst games of 2020. Well, let’s see what games are on this list.

10. The Elder Scrolls: Blade (Switch)
Metascore: 42
The Elder Scrolls version, released for Switch in May this year, has entered the list of the worst games of the year at number 10. Also, the game developed by Bethesda was able to get 2.5 points from the players.
9.Gleamlight (Switch)
Metascore: 42
Gleamlight, the 2D platform game developed by DICO; debuted for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch. The PC, PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game did not receive enough reviews to produce a score. The Switch version, which received sufficient evaluation for a score to be revealed, was able to get 42 points from critics and 2.9 points from players on Metacritic.
8. Street Power Soccer (PlayStation 4) – Metacritic
Metascore: 41
Street Power Soccer developed by SFL Interactive; Released for PS4, PC, Xbox One and Switch. Only the PS4 version of the game was able to get enough evaluation by the critics. As a result of those evaluations, it was the 8th worst game of the year.
7. Tamarin (PlayStation 4)
Metascore: 40
The 3D platform game Tamarin, developed by Chameleon Games, received 16 reviews from critics. 10 of these reviews were negative, 5 were mixed and 1 was positive on Metacritic. As a result of these evaluations, it was the 7th worst game of 2020.
6. Remothered: Broken Porcelain (PC) – Metacritic
Metascore: 39
Not only the PC version of the game developed by Stormind Games but also the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions received bad points. The user score of the game, in which 32 players scored in total, was 6.5.
5. Arc of Alchemist (Switch)
Metascore: 36
Arc of Alchemist, the action role-playing game developed by Compile Heart, has appeared on PlayStation 4 and Switch platforms. The Switch version of the game was the 5th worst game of the year.
4. Fast & Furious Crossroads (PC) – Metacritic
Metascore: 34
Developed by Slightly Mad Studios, this racing game has also debuted on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in addition to PC. The PC version of the game was the 4th worst game of the year with 34 points from the critics on Metacritic.
3. Dawn of Fear (PlayStation 4)
Metascore: 33
The game, developed by Bork3nsite, released for PlayStation 4 and PC in early 2020. The game, which neither liked the critics nor the players, managed to rank high on the list of the worst of the year.
