Aliens Fireteam Elite Player Count is Less Than 1000
Aliens Fireteam Elite player count has dropped unbelievingly fast. It’s just been seven weeks, and the player count has dropped to three-digit numbers.
Aliens Fireteam Elite player count is pretty low nowadays
To be honest, no one was expecting much from Aliens Fireteam Elite just as the other movie-based games. Except for Sony’s famous Spider-Man games, there were no movie-based successful games recently. Aliens Fireteam Elite player count also shows this. Because just after seven weeks after the games’ release, the player count has dropped to three-digit numbers and almost no one is playing the game right now.
That is because the game has no future. It is a co-op shooter game just Like Left 4 Dead and Back 4 Blood. However, the game doesn’t give any constant updates. And after the release of Back 4 Blood, the player count has dropped massively. When the game first launched, there were more than 10,000 players playing the game. Now it is floating around 800-900. Which is pretty bad for the brand name.
During the first two weeks after it launched, Aliens Fireteam Elite player count hit 15,500. It is not really impressive as it is not a game like CS-GO or Rainbow Six Siege. But even these numbers managed to carry the game into the Steam top-100 chart. The biggest reason for this massive drop is most probably the lack of updates as the developers are only bringing tiny updates to the game which only fixes bugs and errors.
But there is still a chance for the game to come back. But it doesn’t look that it is going to happen very soon. Because players need content. And when you don’t provide it, the players will leave the game as there are alternatives. Back 4 Blood is the biggest example of how things should go for games like Aliens Fireteam Elite.
