Asterix & Obelix returns in HD
The new game of the series is still in the progress of making.
Last year, Asterix & Obelix XXL 2: Mission Las Vegum‘s producer Microids and OSome stated that the classic game was being remastered HD, and that the third game of the series was also on the way. No news has been received since then. Until a few days ago. Producers have posted new images from Asterix & Obelix XXL 2: Mission Las Vegum HD.
Gauls, forward!
This game for PC and PS2 was not popular in 2006. But the making of the third game, at least, helped the old series to be recognized again. There are new coatings and gameplay, but also different missions and challenging mini-games and new combat mechanics.
Asterix & Obelix XXL 2: Mission Las Vegum‘s release date is confirmed. The production will be sold on the same day in North America and Europe, and the date is set as 29 November 2018. The platforms will be PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Asterix & Obelix XXL 3 launch date is set to the last months of 2019.
The game will launch on digital but then will replace the shelves with the physical version. New images of the game can be found below.
