Bleak Faith Forsaken New Gameplay Trailer Released
The upcoming new souls-like game Bleak Faith Forsaken showed off a boss fight with a giant cyber dragon. Developed by Archangel Studios, no specific release date has been given yet, but we do know that the game will be released at some point in the first half of this year.
In the video description, developers said: “We decided to showcase some of the gameplay polish and improvements in an area we’ve already showed before so as to spare people of any more content spoilers. It’s also a good opportunity to go back and compare to how the fight previously looked. We’ve focused hard on improving responsiveness and general gameplay feel and our testers have echoed that the improvements have greatly improved the enjoyment of a challenging fight. Still a long road ahead of us, so stay tuned for more!”
Bleak Faith Forsaken
Bleak Faith Forsaken will feature open world exploration, an RPG-style progression system, and a combat system that forces players to think through positioning, timing and resource management. We already know that the game is heavily inspired by Dark Souls; perhaps the biggest factor that distinguishes it from Dark Souls is the idea that players will discover “the last remnants of civilization in this vast, unforgiving and interconnected world.”
Bleak Faith Forsaken, developed by Miso Vukcevic and Mirko Stanic, was first funded by Kickstarter in August 2019. The official trailer for Bleak Faith: Forsaken, which will be an open world survival RPG game, was released last year. You can watch the new gameplay trailer below. Stay tuned, enjoy.
