The developer of Get Even, The Farm 51 publishes official PC system requirements for Chernobylite.

Chernobylite tells the story of Chernobylite: conspiracy, horror, survival, love, and obsession in a form of a video game. But what do you need to run the game on the PC?
Chernobylite will need a second generation i5 processor, Geforce GTX 770 or AMD Radeon HD 7870 at minimum. If you want to play the game in better conditions, you will need a forth generation i7 processor and Geforce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon R9 290.
