God of War Ragnarök Announced for PS5

Today, we all watched the PlayStation 5 Showcase event. And we saw really nice games for PS5. At the final part of the event, we got a very big surprise. In a very short video, we saw “Ragnarök” and we heard Kratos saying “You must prepare yourself.”. And this is the only thing we have about the new God of War game. We expect the game to be released sometime in 2021. So, maybe God of War Ragnarök announced for PS5 today.

It is known that Ragnarök is a series of events in Norse Mythology. After these events, the world will resurface anew and fertile, the surviving and returning gods will meet and the world will be repopulated by two human survivors. So maybe, after their epic adventure in God of War, we will see Kratos and his son Atreus will continue their adventures in the world of Norse mythology. While we are waiting for the PC version of GoW, this was unexpected and surprising news from Sony. As we said there is no release date announced.
