League Of Legends Patch 10.17 Notes

One of the World’s most played games, League of Legends by Riot Games is here with the 10.17 patch. But it looks like it is a mini-patch rather than a full patch.

In this patch, there will be no skins or new content. There will be even no downloads! It is just a patch with small tweaks. If you ask me the nerf to Yone was necessary. So most players should be happy about it as I am. So here are League of Legends Patch 10.17 notes.

Champions that are buffed:

AATROX:   R Bonus damage ratio increased later.

  • R BONUS DAMAGE RATIO 0.2/0.25/0.3 attack damage  0.2/0.3/0.4 attack damage

GRAGAS: Base armour increased.

  • ARMOR 35  38
KAI’SA: Base Attack Damage growth increased. E bonus Attack Speed increased later.
  • ATTACK DAMAGE GROWTH 1.7  2.0
  • E BONUS ATTACK SPEED 40/45/50/55/60%  40/50/60/70/80%
VARUS: Base Attack Speed growth increased.
  • ATTACK SPEED GROWTH 3%  4%
XAYAH: Base Attack Damage growth increased.
  • ATTACK DAMAGE GROWTH 2.9  3.5

Champions that are nerfed:

CAITLYN: Base movement speed decreased.

  • MOVEMENT SPEED 330  325
EVELYNN: Q dart and spike base damage decreased.
  • Q DART BASE DAMAGE 30/35/40/45/50  25/30/35/40/45
  • Q SPIKE BASE DAMAGE 30/35/40/45/50  25/30/35/40/45
HECARIM: E bonus movement speed maximum reduced.
  • BONUS MOVEMENT SPEED 25-100% (over the first 3 seconds, with the fourth second at maximum value)  25-85% (over the first 3 seconds, with the fourth second at maximum value)
LUX: W shield decreased; mana cost no longer static and increased; fixed a bug where W would apply three times.
  • W SHIELD 50/75/100/125/150 (+0.3 ability power)  45/65/85/105/125 (+0.35 ability power)
  • COST 60 mana  60/65/70/75/80 mana
  • TRIPLE SHIELD BUGFIX Fixed a bug that caused Prismatic Barrier’s effect to apply three times at the edge of its cast
QIYANA: W bonus Attack Damage ratio decreased. E base damage decreased later.
  • W BONUS DAMAGE RATIO 0.2 attack damage  0.1 attack damage
  • E BASE DAMAGE 60/95/130/165/200  60/90/120/140/180

SONA: Base health and mana decreased. Q damage ratio decreased. W heal ratio decreased. E self and aura bonus movement speed decreased.

  • HEALTH 482.36  480
  • MANA 340.6  340
  • Q DAMAGE RATIO 0.5 ability power  0.4 ability power
  • W HEAL RATIO 0.25 ability power 0.2 ability power
  • E SELF BONUS MOVEMENT SPEED 20% (+0.03 per 100 ability power)  20% (+0.02 per 100 ability power)
  • E AURA BONUS MOVEMENT SPEED 10/11/12/13/14% (+0.03 per 100 ability power)  10/11/12/13/14% (+0.02 per 100 ability power)
YONE: Q base damage decreased later. R no longer applies life steal.
  • Q BASE DAMAGE 20/45/70/95/120  20/40/60/80/100
  • R LIFE STEAL BUGFIX No longer applies life steal at 100% effectiveness
