R Type Final 2 Will Release on April 30 2021
NIS America announced today that R Type Final 2 will release on April 30, 2021, in North America, Europe, and Oceania for multiple platforms.
R Type Final 2 will be available for multiple platforms
R Type Final 2 is finally coming. The series is not known that much on countries except Japan. But it looks like the developers will release the game worldwide for multiple platforms. It will be available for PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, S, and PC. The first game of the series came out back in 1987. The first R-Type was the first game to run on Irem’s 16-bit M72 arcade system.
Preorders of R Type Final 2 are also available now for the Inaugural Flight Edition and the Limited Edition. Both of the versions will be available for all the platforms the game will come out. I never gave the title a try, so if I have the chance, this will be the first time of me playing the series. We will see what the game will offer to us. You can pre-order the Inaugural Flight Edition here or here, and you can pre-order the Limited Edition from NIS America’s site here. The title is being produced by Goro Matsuo and designed by Kazuma Kujo. Kujo previously worked on R-Type Delta, R-Type Tactics and R-Type Final, as well as other titles like several games in the Disaster Report series. The title is finally around the corner, we will also see what the game will offer to us when the time comes.
