Today at Gamescom 2021, Call of Duty Vanguard new gameplay trailer was shown and it was a quite long journey. Thanks to the trailer, we could take a detailed look into the story missions and some new mechanics for the franchise. The most interesting detail is that we can now blind fire in the game. Also, this Call of Duty Vanguard new gameplay trailer shows us that we can play a female character in the story mode.

The developers also indicated that this will be a brand new beginning for the Call of Duty franchise. Because this WW2 era-based title will be a different one because this time the story mode will include fictional events. The game will feature the events that happened in the WW2 era. However, it looks like the developers are trying to do a better job on the story side. Because this time, there will be more than just American and Russian fronts. Also, the developers state that the main characters that we will play in the game will be characters that are based on real-life characters. We all know that Activision did a bad thing with Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War as the story was pretty short and didn’t satisfy the fans. Let’s hope that this time they will come up with a better campaign.
