Epic Games Exclusive Game: Crysis Remastered
Crysis Remastered has a new release date now and will be coming to PC September 18. The trailer also reveals that Crysis Remastered will be an Epic Game Store exclusive. It is still not known if this will be a timed exclusive or not. Most probably the question will have an answer when the game will be released to other platforms. So another Epic Games exclusive game is on the way.
Actually, the game was supposed to be released on all platforms at the same time on July 23, but except the Switch version, all of the other versions of the game was postponed in order for Crytek to “get Crysis Remastered up to the PC-and console-breaking standard you’ve come to expect from Crysis games.” As we previously stated, this was most likely because reactions to the leaked footage of Crysis Remastered were really negative.
New Graphic Features, High-Quality Textures
But this time it looks like that Crytek has learned their lesson. They released a trailer, showing some of the technical improvements they made over time. If you ask me, the improvements they made looks quite good compared to the leaked trailer. Also, it definitely looks like it will use all of our computer’s resources. Apart from HDR support, you can look forward to new light settings and depth fields, updated particle effects, textures up to 8K and ray tracing. The new trailer above shows off the differences between the original and the remaster in detail.
System requirements are still not announced for this PC-Breaking game. But we can say that it will all of our resources to its limits. So, it is time to upgrade our rigs! Crysis Remastered will be available exclusively from the Epic Game Store for £26.99 / $29.99 on September 18. It is still unclear when the game will be available for consoles.
