Zombieland director Ruben Fleischer in talks for Uncharted Movie

Uncharted movie has become a director killer movie. We all know the long waited adaptation of Uncharted Video Game series has lost it’s last director Travis Knight (Bumblebee) last week. However, studio  already have eyes for Zombieland director Ruben Fleischer. This is a good thing because according to Hollywood Reporter, movie can get back in track if this happens fast. If this all goes well Ruben will be the seventh director to direct Uncharted.

Uncharted will be a prequel to the game series, taking its basis from the sequence in Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception wherein the young thief Nathan Drake ( Tom Holland) first encounters his partner Victor Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg) and in essence, sets up the events of the entire game franchise. Uncharted is an Arad/Atlas Entertainment Production, with Charles Roven, Avi Arad, Alex Gartner, and Ari Arad producing. The film will serve as the first feature produced by PlayStation Productions
