Splinter Cell VR Game Announced With Oculus Partnership
Today(PARIS, September 16, 2020), during Facebook Connect: Ubisoft announced that it had developed new Splinter Cell VR game and Assassin’s Creed specifically for the Oculus platform. Both games present each brand’s unique fantasy world through an immersive virtual reality experience—these new games based on the record-breaking Ubisoft game series specially developed for the Oculus platform.
Developments of Assassin’s Creed and Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell VR Game will drive by Ubisoft’s Red Storm Entertainment studio. It will develop in collaboration with Ubisoft Reflections, Ubisoft Düsseldorf and Ubisoft Mumbai. Both games will create from scratch specifically for the Oculus platform. And each will contain their unique elements that fans know and love.

Ubisoft continues to innovate in this developing industry by bringing Assassin’s Creed and Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell to virtual reality. As the pioneer of new technologies, Ubisoft has developing virtual reality experiences since 2016 with games: Eagle Flight, Werewolves Within and Star Trek Bridge Crew, all on the Oculus platform.
