Ubisoft announced that AC: Valhalla Wrath of the Druids DLC has been delayed. The developers say that this is due to ”deliver a more refined experience”.
AC: Valhalla Wrath of the Druids DLC got a delay
The Viking themed AC: Valhalla will have two major DLC’s coming this year. The first upcoming DLC for AC: Valhalla is Wrath of the Druids. But from what it looks like, we will have to wait a bit more to access the DLC. Because the developers say that they need to postpone the release date of the DLC in order to give the players a ”more refined experience”.
The DLC did not get a major delay though. The players who want to play it just need to wait two more weeks. Ubisoft announces this delay on the official Twitter account of Assasin’s Creed saying: ”To deliver a more refined experience, we’re sharing that: Wrath of the Druids will now release on May 13 We’re working on an article to provide transparency and share insights on our dev process. Thanks for your patience. Keep an eye on our social channels for future news!”.
From what it looks like, the developers are really caring about the upcoming DLC’s. After the bad release of Cyberpunk 2077, the developers must have learnt their lesson about not releasing an unfinished game or DLC. Also, this will be something better for the end-users as the developers will polish the DLC and deliver players the best experience they can give.

We will see what kind of content the developers will release. As the developers say that the AC: Valhalla Wrath of the Druids DLC will deliver a much different experience from the original game.
