AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT Liquid Edition New Graphic Card Launched
AMD announced the new flagship graphics card AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT Liquid Edition. Coming with a hybrid cooling system, this new model will improve the 4K gaming experience while also offering the high performance required in areas such as architecture.
In the past months, we shared with you the benchmark tests where AMD’s Radeon RX 6900 XT performed close to NVIDIA’s RTX 3090 model. Now, the AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT Liquid Edition is an even more developed version of this already very powerful model.
This model, AMD’s new flagship, has a new cooling system, unlike the RX 6900 XT model. In addition, we can see that the memory has been increased in the new model, where improvements are also seen in clock speed.
AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT Liquid Edition offers 18 Gbps memory speed and 576 GB/s maximum bandwidth
As you can see from the table above, the AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT Liquid Edition model has 80 processing units, as in the previous model. Again, the same as the previous model, the new flagship also has 16 GB of video memory. When we come to the Game Clock, which we can roughly describe as AMD’s ‘average clock speed’, improvements can be seen in the new model.
When we come to the infinity cache part, which provides a performance increase, we see a cache of 128 MB. This is the same as the previous non-liquid cooled model. When the total card power, which indicates how much power the model will consume in general and functional, is examined, an increase of 30 W is observed compared to the previous model.
Like the previous model, this model also uses 16 GB of memory and has 5120 cores on it. After counting the features, you might think, “If it’s so similar, why not get the previous one and get this one?” such questions may arise, but the differences we mentioned above will reveal performance improvements that can be easily noticed when put into practice. Information about the price of the model is expected to be shared in the future. Finally, don’t forget to share your thoughts about AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT Liquid Edition in the comments section below.
