Elden Ring will not show up on Taipei Game Show
It’s been almost 2 years since the game came up with an announcement at E3 2019 and fans have been eagerly waiting to know more about the game since the announcement. And thanks to famous writer George R. R Martin, even non-gamers have interest on Elden Ring. But from what it looks like, we have to wait longer. Because it is now official that Elden Ring will not come up on Taipei Game Show.
During a live stream, the official account of the show revealed that “Elden Ring is not at Taipei Game Show 2021.” This is really sad news, especially for the die-hard fans of the game out there. There were even famous journalists, speculating that the title will come up with some information on the show. But sadly, this is not going to happen. So our hopes are left to another spring.
There are a couple of leaks around about Elden Ring and these are all we know so far about the title. And from what it looks like, we will not learn anything new from Taipei Game Show. Here is some important information from the recent leak:
- The gameplay is similar to Dark Souls, but the map is much larger, includes dynamic weather and day/night alternation. Imagine you fight with a Boss from day to night, he said, and the weather changes from sunny to thunderous.
- The game will apparently contain some elements of Celtic mythology. And is based on the Tree of Life from Norse mythology (Yggdrasil).
