Ubisoft’s Avatar Game Coming This Year
An interesting detail emerged in Ubisoft’s earnings reports. Avatar game Frontiers of Pandora will be released before the end of the publisher’s fiscal year, which ends March 31, 2023. The first-person action-adventure game set in the Avatar universe debuted at E3 2021 with a trailer showing the lush flora and fauna of Pandora, as well as an aerial battle between humans and the Na’vi.
The Avatar game was first announced in February 2017. Massive Entertainment, which has partnered with Lightstorm Entertainment and Disney, has been appointed as the game’s developer team. Massive is the developer team behind The Division games, built on the Snowdrop Engine, which stands out with its graphics quality. This engine will also be used for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora.
Ubisoft’s Avatar Game Coming This Year
Other than a few screenshots and announcement trailers, we haven’t seen much of Avatar game Frontiers of Pandora. All about the game, “Take a journey across the Western Frontier, a never-before-seen part of Pandora. Explore a vibrant and reactive world inhabited by unique creatures and new characters and fend off the formidable RDA forces that threaten it.”
There’s still a lot we don’t know about most of the game, but Avatar will be releasing very soon in an unusual way. Two other Ubisoft games currently in production, Skull & Bones and Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope, will also be released before March 31, 2023.
