Watch Dogs Legion Cross Play is on the Way

Watch Dogs: Legion, the last game of the Watch Dogs series, was released in October last year. Earlier this week, the multiplayer mode for the game was published. And new news continue to come. According to a tweet from the developer team’s Twitter account, the game will have cross-play support with an update to be released in the upcoming period. They said: ” While crossplay and cross-generation-play is currently not available for the Watch Dogs: Legion Online Mode, the development team is working on adding this feature to the game with a later update.”. With cross play support, players will be able to play the game with their friends on different platforms.

Watch Dogs Legion Online

Ubisoft recently released the Watch Dogs: Legion Online update for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X I S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Stadia platforms. The online mode update made console and Stadia users happy but PC players couldn’t share this happiness as there is no online version update for the PC version of the game. Developer team announced the online mode on their Twitter account. They said: “The Watch Dogs: Legion Online Mode is now live on consoles & Stadia! Get up to speed on how to get started with recruiting in London, and how to earn influence to upgrade your abilities, weapons, and gadgets.”.

Unfortunately, there is still no information about when the multiplayer mode will be released on PC. Ubisoft may release the PC version of the online mode after they release the cross-play update. But of course, this is just a guess. The developer team says the game will support Cross-Play and Cross-Gen on all platforms. Stay tuned, enjoy.
