Electronic Arts is preparing to announce the highly anticipated racing games‘ new installment of the Need for Speed series. Online users noticed that their Need for Speed social media accounts have been updated with a new logo. A tweet that was just taken from the account also made it official that the game will be announced on Thursday at 8am PT/5pm CEST.

According to initial leaks, the game will be called Need For Speed Unbound and will be released on December 2.

According to current information, the game was supposed to be released last year, but the release date was delayed for a full year due to the fact that the Criterion Games studio had to work on Battlefield 2042.
