Quentin Tarantino, the veteran director who directed Once Upon A Time In Hollywood lately, made a statement about the Star Trek project. The successful director hadn’t made an update on Star Trek for a long time. Therefore, the audience began to question whether the project was cancelled or not.
Tarantino updated fans about the Star Trek project
Last day, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood featuring Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie, was officially announced in the competition category of the Cannes Film Festival. While Tarantino was busy with his highly anticipated movie, there weren’t any news about the Star Trek project. And today he said: “I couldn’t deal with it (Star Trek) for a long time, because I was doing my other movie. But we talked about a story and a script. After Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, I will get out of my nest like Punxsutawney Phil and we’ll talk again.’’
Mark L. Smith’s signature will be on the screenplay of the film Star Trek from Quentin Tarantino. The movie will be produced by Star War’s successful director J.J. Abrams and Tarantino himself.
